Soft white walls and warm, pale wood floors create a neutral backdrop that diffuses light gently throughout the room.
A modular sofa grounds the space, easily reconfigured from structured, sculptural seating to more relaxed, lived-in arrangements. Complemented by a curated mix of stools and chairs, the studio adapts effortlessly to a wide range of creative visions, shoots, and gatherings.

  • Studio bookings can be made directly through our online booking system. Select your desired date, choose an hourly, half-day, or full-day rental, and complete your booking to secure .the space.

  • Your booking includes full access to the studio, movable furniture and objects, a seamless backdrop, and a movable partition wall to support flexible setups.

  • Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If available, additional time will be billed at the current hourly rate.

  • Pets are not permitted in the studio.

  • By booking the Rental Space at Unit A105, 219 Dufferin St., Toronto, you agree to the following:

    1. Use of Space
      The Rental Space may only be used for the purpose stated in your booking confirmation. Access is limited strictly to your reserved time, including setup and teardown.

    2. Capacity
      Maximum occupancy is 30 persons.

    3. Payment & Cancellations
      A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

      • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your booking receive a refund of the deposit.

      • Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or unused time are non-refundable.

    4. Condition of Space
      The space is provided as-is. You are responsible for leaving it in the same condition it was found. All garbage and items brought in must be removed within your booked time. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

    5. Damage & Liability
      You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.
      You assume all risks associated with use of the space and release bare bones.the space Inc. from liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, to the extent permitted by law.

    6. Building Rules

      • No smoking anywhere on the premises.

      • Noise must not disturb other tenants.

      • Recordings are permitted only inside the Rental Space (not in common areas).

    7. Compliance
      You are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, or permissions related to your booking.

    8. Full Agreement
      A detailed Studio License Agreement will be provided after booking and must be signed prior to your reservation date. Your booking is not considered fully confirmed until the full agreement is executed.
